It was incorporated in the year 1989 and conducts business from its registered corporate office which is strategically located in Cornella de Llobregat, Spain. The company distributes communications solutions, which include copper solutions, fiber solutions, physical support, test equipment, networking and wireless solutions, voice communications, power cooling and environmental monitoring, and outside plant and building entrance protection; wires and cables, which include building wires, power limited and instrumentation cables, power cables, armored cables, flexible cords and control cables; security solutions, including Closed Circuit Twisted Pair (CCTP), video surveillance products, network and environmental monitoring systems, security consoles and racks, access control systems, sound systems, fire alarm systems, and tools and supplies designed for installation, maintenance and repair of sound and security systems; and Data Center, which include networking products, copper and fiber products and physical support and power protection. The company also distributes Class C components including screws, bolts, nuts, washers, pins, rings, fittings, springs, electrical connectors and other related small parts, which are engineered for particular applications. It provides inventory management services, which include procurement, just-in-time delivery, quality assurance testing, advisory engineering services, component kit production, small component assembly and e-commerce, and electronic data interchange. The company sources its products from more than 5,000 suppliers and supplies its products to various industry groups, including manufacturing, telecommunications, finance, education, healthcare, retail, service providers, government and transportation.
